Please note warranty is only valid when full payment has been received. 

Manufacturer warranties vary and are applicable on certain products only. Instaco Pty Ltd does not offer warranty on individual products. Instaco Pty Ltd has a 1 year warranty on parts and labour however this does not include freight for return of items to us and back to you.

Access equipment (e.g.: scaffold, cherry picker, etc) or electrical works necessary for repairs is at the expense of the customer, even when the repair or replacement is covered by warranty. 

• Warranty period starts from date stipulated on the invoice (the day/date installation commences), not from the date of any subsequent service. 
• Warranty does not cover any damage or material failure resulting from, but not limited to:  
• Normal weathering or wear and tear
• Adverse exposure
• Oxidation, corrosion or rust
• Accidental and/or intentional damage
• Windblown objects
• Fire, flood, wind/rain/hail
• Salt spray or chemical pollutants
• Mildew
• Structural defects
• Negligent maintenance
• Warranty is void or not valid if damage is caused by (but not limited to):
• Installation of incompatible or non recommended components/ accessory items 
• Failure to follow size recommendation, measurements, cleaning and maintenance instructions
• Installation by a third party (i.e. unauthorized installer or DIY installation) or any occurrences beyond the control of Instaco
• Electrical wiring/work carried out by an unlicensed person
• Harmful cleaning compounds to clean the product
• Product being altered or adapted in any way

Should warranty service be requested and subsequently found NOT to be covered under the terms of this warranty, Instaco Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a service/labour fee plus parts and travel.
