With a large area to cover, this job was both a challenge and a delight to design, manufacture and install. With a magnificent pool area to cover it was important to allow beautiful sunlight in most of the time, but still have protection from the harsh midday sun. The Louvretec 200 Super Roof was the perfect choice due to its high span capabilities and strength.
With 3 individual opening roof systems working in concert, precision engineering and installation was critical. With spans possible up to 4.5m in 'very high wind' (up to 179km/h) conditions and up to 4.0m in 'extra high wind' (up to 198km/hr) conditions, the Super Roof can be used in multi-roof applications, minimising the number of roofs and joining beams needed for larger areas like this job.
