Service Charges
At Instaco, we strive to provide transparent and reliable service for all your needs. We take pride in delivering excellent service and our goal is to resolve your issue quickly and efficiently.
Call Out Fee
To ensure we can respond quickly and efficiently to your request, we charge an initial call-out fee of $240 + GST. This covers the cost of sending skilled technicians to your location and the first 30 minutes on-site.
Ongoing Service Charges (time)
After the initial call-out, we charge an additional $120 per hour per staff member (plus GST) for time spent on-site. This hourly rate applies to the actual service time required to complete the job, including repairs, installations, or troubleshooting.
Additional Travel Time
Additional travel time will be charged for service jobs more than an hours travel from our office at 891 Beaudesert Rd, Archerfield.
Parts and Materials
Costs for parts and materials required for service will be added as incurred.

Our call-out fee ensures that we can dispatch a qualified technician with the right equipment to attend to your needs as quickly as possible. Whether it’s an urgent repair or scheduled maintenance, we believe in providing a fair and straightforward pricing structure with no hidden fees.
What’s Included?
The cost of the technician’s travel (within 1 hour from our office) and time spent at your property for the initial assessment, plus a clear estimate of any additional costs, if further work is required.
